1 - Completed Application
2 - One fiscal year end reviewed or audited financial statement (if un-audited, please provide a current year end tax return)
3 - Current Interim Statement (if current year is 6 months or greater)
4 - Personal Financial Statement, signed and dated, for each guarantor

Full Financial Disclosure: Full Financial Disclosure leases provide the lowest cost of funds due to the inclusion of complete information regarding the financial condition of the lease applicant. The only draw back is the time involved, which can take as little time as one day, or as much as two weeks depending upon how quickly the information is gathered.
